01Who we are

Voialle Estúdio is a studio for websites, visual identity and digital experiences, available at voialleestudio.com.br. Under the LGPD, Voialle Estúdio is the controller of the personal data you send us, meaning it decides how that data is processed.

02What data we collect

We only ask for the minimum needed to understand and answer your quote request:

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as racial origin, health, religion or political opinion), nor for documents such as ID numbers at this stage. Please do not include this kind of information in the description field either.

If you later hire us for a project, we may ask for additional data needed for the contract and invoicing. It will be handled with the same care described here.

03How the data reaches us

The site form does not send anything on its own. When you click send, it only builds the message and opens your own app:

• Send via WhatsApp: opens WhatsApp with the message ready. It only reaches us if you tap send.
• Send by email: opens your email app with the message filled in. It only reaches us if you confirm sending.

We also receive data when you contact us directly by WhatsApp, email or social media.

04What we use your data for

• To answer your contact and quote request.
• To understand your business and prepare a tailored proposal.
• To talk about the project's progress, if it is contracted.
• To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations, when there is a contract.

We do not use your data to send advertising without your permission, nor to make automated decisions about you.

05Legal basis

We process your data based on the following grounds of art. 7 of the LGPD:

• Consent (art. 7, I): given by you when ticking the authorization box on the form. You can withdraw it whenever you want.
• Preliminary procedures related to a contract (art. 7, V): to prepare the quote you requested.
• Performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, V and II): if the project is contracted.

06Sharing

We do not sell or transfer your data. It only passes through the services needed for communication and for the site to work:

• WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to talk to us there. Messages are end-to-end encrypted.
• Google (Gmail): when you choose to send by email.
• Netlify: the company that hosts the site. Like any web server, it may log technical access data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.

Some of these services may store data outside Brazil. In these cases, the transfer follows art. 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt recognized data protection standards. We may also share data if there is a legal obligation or court order.

07Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use tracking, advertising or behavior analysis cookies. We may only use your browser's local storage to remember simple preferences, such as the chosen language (PT, EN or ES). This information stays on your device, is not sent to us and can be deleted in your browser settings.

Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which may involve sending your IP address to Google to deliver the files.

08How long we keep it

• Quote requests not taken forward: up to 12 months after the last contact, in case you resume the conversation. After that, we delete the messages.
• Contracted projects: for the term of the contract and the period required by tax and civil law (generally up to 5 years).
• At any time, if you ask for deletion and no legal obligation requires us to keep it.

09Security

• Site with a secure connection (HTTPS), which encrypts data between your device and the server.
• No database of our own with form information, which reduces the risk of leaks.
• Email and WhatsApp accounts protected with strong passwords and two-step verification.
• Access to your messages restricted to the Voialle team.

No system is 100% invulnerable. If a security incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as required by art. 48 of the LGPD.

10Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time, free of charge:

• Confirmation that we process your data and access to it.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance.
• Portability of the data to another provider.
• Deletion of data processed based on your consent.
• Information about who we share your data with.
• Withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any right, contact us through the channels in the Contact section. We will reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with the ANPD at gov.br/anpd.

11Children and teenagers

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18. If this happens by mistake, we will delete the data as soon as we become aware of it.

12Websites we build for clients

This policy applies only to the Voialle Estúdio website. The websites we build for clients are the responsibility of each client, who is the controller of the data collected through them. We can help our clients create the privacy policy for their own site.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the last update is always at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will clearly announce it on the site.
